Take the lead in your nursing future. Pursue your Master of Science in Nursing with a Management and Organizational Leadership Specialization for the opportunity to build leadership and management skills for health care settings. This program explores issues such as building teams and motivating others in diverse workplaces, addressing financial management challenges in healthcare, and implementing strategic plans for healthcare delivery. Coursework covers healthcare finance and economics, leadership, HR management, and more.
Post offers two different modalities to help you earn your MSN: Term Based and SIMPath® (Competency Based)

*Students may add additional courses through the twelfth (12th) week of the term. Any courses that remain unfinished must be repeated. Students who choose the SIMPath® option will not be able to complete all coursework within a single semester. However, students will be able to complete their program in a minimum of two semesters.
