In response to the growing demand for skilled professionals in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) maintains an updated list of STEM fields. Our BS in Biology program qualifies as a STEM-designated degree, offering students a deeper understanding of key biological concepts and the opportunity to prepare for careers in critical STEM areas.
